We have 2 service plans:
1. client managed plan
2. Standard plan
Isaworld sets up the platforms while the clients manage them in the case of client managed platforms while Isaworld handles everything from setup, management and billing to analytics in case of the standard plans.
Note: the client will still be involved in both cases as he is expected to provide customer care and close deals.
